The whole of Rivershire is panicked and terrified! Out of nowhere a terrible virus appeared that turns everyone into monsters, and the main problem is that the virus is magical. The only one who can help is you, because you are not just a healer, but you also have immunity to this virus. For these reasons, Dr. Klein turns to you. Now you are Rivershire's last hope!

Go to the headquarters of the Medico Imperium Order to get as much information about the virus as you can. A terrible accident awaits you at the Order: Warrior Xander has just arrived to deliver an important message to Dr. Klein, but within seconds he transforms into a monster ready to tear apart anyone in his path. Now more than ever, medicine supplies and tools are needed. You have a lot of challenges to solve to get everything you need. In addition to wit and speed of decision-making, you will need other skills. For example, one mission really needs the magic ring, but you'll have to get it from the bag, and it's not so easy. Or you'll need to sew a special pocket that holds the magic powder. And these are just a few of the tasks you'll encounter.

Before you start, choose one of the modes: light, medium, heavy, or custom. You can do this yourself in the settings. Got it? Then let's begin! Fascinating quests and complex puzzles await you. And of course, for each successfully completed task you will receive rewards. For example, find thousands of changing items and get a trophy called "Collector". Have you coped with the evil ghost? Then the Ghostbuster award will appear in your achievement hall. Go through a game of three-in-a-row and here's another award called "Alternative".
