Classic Puzzle Game

The Classic Puzzle Game is one of the hardest classic puzzles in the world, so you won't be able to just move whatever you can, wherever you can. You'll see on the screen, divided into sixteen parts, a square with numbers from one to fifteen inside it. Before the start of the game computer will displace them, and they will stand in a chaotic order. Your task is not to take out chips from the main square to move them on the field so that eventually they will be again in a row of one to 15. Try to figure out how to do this in such a way as to use as few moves as possible without confusing things even more.
