A major Warframe update is on the way

The "Whispers in the Walls" add-on, previously announced by the Digital Extremes studio, will be released in Warframe very soon - in December. Along with adventures in Entrati labs gamers will get the 55th Warframe, weapons, fights with opponents from the Ropoth faction and other interesting content. Also next month will be available a full-fledged cross-platform save.

The update is based on a large cinematic quest to unravel the secrets of the past left by Albrecht Entrati. The action takes place in the catacombs beneath the surface of Deimos, where the heroes will face the members of Ropoth. To defeat these enemies, gamers can use a warframe named Corvex, whose design combines rigid structures, as if cast from concrete, and glowing red mechanisms. As a weapon, he uses the Grimoire, which is capable of harnessing the energy of the Abyss. This equipment is essential to the character, as he is designed to protect the laboratories from any threats.

Cross-platform saving will soon allow you to download progress from one device to another without losing any data. It will be possible to start, for example, on a console, and continue on a computer or tablet. Following the release of Whispers in the Walls, access to Gauss Prime will open up. As part of it, users will immediately receive unique armor and accessories. More details developers will reveal during The Game Awards ceremony on December 7 this year. It is possible that this is the day when the update itself will be released.
