Game description

A royal diamond of enormous size - 800 carats - was kept in the Piazza Gallery. And suddenly it was stolen. The Federal Bureau of Investigation took up the case. A lot of work was done to find the suspects, but there were too many of them, so no definitive conclusions could be drawn. That's why the investigators turned to you for help, because you are the world's best detective for unusual cases, you have great experience and deserved fame.

Start by studying all the dossiers the FBI throws at you. Find out about the suspects' habits, their backgrounds, and the places they go most often. Then start finding out who has an alibi. You also need to look for clues, because they will help you complete the investigation successfully. Some items are of great value, some are not too weighty, but either way you need to compile and maintain a dossier that will help solve the crime. It will be more and more difficult for you to work, because you will have to search in the dark or use special high-tech gizmos that allow you to see through the wall or the door.

FBI officers will help you, but don't count on them too much. Sometimes they will give you clues, but in limited quantities. Keep in mind that in some cases, it is better to leave the search location and then return there a little later than to resort to clues right away. With fresh eyes you may see things you didn't notice last time. Collect all the clues so that your computer can calculate how realistic each suspect's involvement in the theft is.

Gradually the most suspicious people will be eliminated, and you will be able to find the thief. But you will have to run a lot, as well as to rack your brains, building a whole picture from the puzzle pieces. Count on your excellent memory and vigilance, because sometimes you need just one clue to unravel the case, so don't miss it. And don't waste your time, deadlines are tight, and the FBI will rush you, because they need to prevent a scandal.
