Strange things are happening in Dire Grove - severe frosts, constant snowfalls, wild animals attacking people. It's scary for everyone to leave the house! Some people claim to have seen a strange man in a shaggy fur coat, which controlled the attacks of wolves on the locals. You, as a detective, it's time to intervene in what is happening. Immediately go to the place and try to talk to the local hunters. At first they will not trust you, so show your police badge and try to win their favor. Only then will you be able to talk to their prisoner, the Wanderer of the Mists, the old druid who is believed to be the culprit. Is it really so?

Don't jump to conclusions, gather enough evidence first. Crawford, the leader of the hunters, has his own reasons for hating the druids - his son once had an accident in the woods. Not understanding what exactly happened, the hunter continues to blame the druids for everything and is looking for a reason to take revenge.

Go through the mini-quests and look for items on the list to replenish your inventory. If an object is highlighted in color, it means you will have to perform additional actions, such as making a picture out of pieces, get a tape from a tape recorder. If difficulties arise, you can always use hints. Choose the right mode of difficulty and start the game, in which you can become a hunter, bloodhound, zookeeper, druid or detective!
