Game description

You have built an excellent career in construction, your business is successful and expanding, you have a huge number of orders, lucrative offers and promising deals. One of the most profitable projects is the development of populated areas in a number of European cities. The first among them is the English town of Donningham.

Start with the construction of new buildings, restore the already built, if the housing is quite unpresentable, it can be repaired, you can paint the facade and make some elements. Such work is expensive, and before you get paid for the work, you need to invest in the full program. Make money by renting out houses that have already been built, the fees will be so generous that they will be enough for future work.

Try to keep abreast of any changes related to your business. Under "Money and Goals" you will find all the fluctuations in income - the real ones you are already receiving and the ones you will receive when you have completed all the business. There are also goals there that you need to achieve to complete the level. Use the "Workers" tab, it has data on available builders that you can invite to work. The "Materials" tab has everything you need to restore your resource stock. And in the Blueprints you'll find new ideas for construction. All tabs are located at the bottom of the screen.

How much you can earn by renting depends on several factors. The housing itself and the neighborhood in which it's built matter. The cost of housing is increasing if there is a park nearby, and if there is a factory nearby, on the contrary, it falls. So build a business plan competently.

There are two modes in the game. But you do not have much choice. First you must pass the "Career", only then you will have access to the second mode, called "Your Business". In this way you will be given to understand that you have become a true professional.
