A free supermarket simulator has been released
Independent studio DeadDevsTellNoLies presented Supermarket Together game with multiplayer, where each gamer takes on the role of a supermarket employee. Someone sits at the cash register, someone is engaged in cleaning or arranges goods on the shelves. And then there are the management staff and security guards, busy catching thieves. On the coherence of the team depends on the revenue and the amount of points that allow you to develop the business. But if you just want to have fun, without paying attention to profits and losses, it is not forbidden. Now the simulator is available on Steam for free.
What is the interest of Supermarket Together?
In total, up to 16 people can participate in the party, but the more staff the store has, the more complex the tasks it faces and the more visitors there will be. You can decorate the sales floor as you like: users themselves arrange racks, cash registers, packs with products, organize storage and service areas, and also specify prices. Each success brings not only virtual money, but also skill points that allow you to open new options on the board in the manager's office. Among the bonuses - expansion of retail space, assortment of goods and additional encouragement of employees. And this helps to attract more customers, although at first simple cleaning will be enough.
The game has just been released, but has already received a couple of patches. First, the developers were quickly made aware that in public matches there will always be someone spoiling the rest of the fun. DeadDevsTellNoLies promises to give the host broad permissions to quickly get rid of such trolls. Secondly, a set of features has been added to improve the user experience. The end of the day can now be set manually instead of by an automatic timer, characters are allowed not only to arrange, but also to remove any furniture, and also increased the speed of displaying goods by customers at the checkout.
