Battle for Forinthry and a new boss in RuneScape

Employees of Jagex studio presented an update of their MMORPG RuneScape, where gamers are waiting for battles, adventures and hunting for shards. An interesting feature of these events was the fact that to collect prizes you can not fight the boss, although it is desirable - even those users who complete the secondary quests will get the reward. In addition, on November 22, the developers announced the broadcast on Twitch, dedicated to the preparation for Christmas activities.

Forinthry is a fort that the heroes have to defend against the dragon Vorkath, awakened by the magic of Zemuregal. According to legends, as soon as the walls of the fort fall, monsters will invade the peaceful land and chaos will reign everywhere. Therefore, the heroes should not hesitate, and help them in the fight simple residents of the fort, they will also give them a reward for their exploits. As trophies are materials for making epic armor, spells and personal hand dragon. Entering the battle with Vorkath, the braves will be able to collect special shards for different modifications. However, the same prizes are also given for minor tasks - for example, for "Dead and Buried" or skill training missions.

Finally, in-game purchases will bring the desired bonuses. All reinforcements received during the last events of the fall will remain active for 14 days. Also from November 23 to 27 the Potion Pandemonium campaign will last, when heroes will not only be able to quickly brew rare potions, but also get prizes from the witch's chest, outfits and tokens. A separate list of events is dedicated to Pink Skirts: a Q&A session will be held on the west bank of Varrock, and training raids will be held at the entrance to Mazkab next week.
