The Boy and His Minions - New Valorant hero Introduced

The creators of the multiplayer shooter Valorant from Riot Games showed Gekko, a character who fights together with four little helpers. The trailer was created with the help of the Lightfarm studio, which is known for its cooperation with Disney, the "Arcane" series based on the League of Legends and advertising of different brands. The new fighter is scheduled to be added to the game in the second act of episode 6, March 8, 2023.

Recently Riot Games staff introduced a cyber sport mode Premier with daily team competitions. After that, a video dedicated to the new character - already the 22nd in number - appeared on YouTube. There is not much information about Gekko so far: he is from Los Angeles, likes skateboarding, writes clips for the social networks and everywhere with four assistants - Smudge, Babach, Runner and Youdysh. These little guys help out his master in difficult situations, and at the same time help him on the battlefield. In the final reel the hero meets Reina, already known to the fans of the action film, and then they walk through the evening city.

Each of the minions is associated with a certain ability of the fighter. One creature knows how to turn into a grenade that blinds opponents in the blast radius, the second acts as a flying drone, the third becomes a trap, and the fourth looks like a time bomb. With this tactical support, Gekko can effectively ambush and cover his teammates. What other tricks the recruit is capable of, we'll know after March 8.
