A Twisted Path to Renown has been given a release date

Multiplayer action game, set in the Wild West, will be released in Steam Early Access on June 6. Responsible for its development employees of the company Game-Labs promised to tighten ballistics, visual effects and fix bugs identified during the tests. Players will have at their disposal an arsenal of the XIX century, including not only firearms, but also a bow and arrow, as well as an inventory system and shooting mechanics, as in Escape from Tarkov. Let's tell you what we know about the project at the moment.

The game is reminiscent of Hunt: Showdown, but there are no hell monsters here. You play as an American gunslinger in 1899: you have to get to a large map and explore it, engaging in battles with other gamers' heroes and characters controlled by artificial intelligence. Along the way there are many challenges - from skirmishes with wild beasts to battles with bosses that appear in random locations. You can collect resources and make items from them, cook your own food and medicines, and navigate the terrain with the help of navigation tools. During the game session you can act alone or as part of a squad.

By its rules the action game reminds already mentioned EFT and Hunt: here too the important role is given to collecting trophies and evacuation from the level, because the longer the sortie lasts, the higher the chance to lose the booty. The analog of "Bunker" is "Homestead", where the heroes are engaged in construction, hiring workers and farming, as well as trading and producing necessary equipment. How good the project is technically, it will be possible to find out only after the 6th of next month, but it is worth remembering that the status of early access is akin to open beta testing - no one can guarantee the perfect work of the game.
