This is Sparta! Conqueror's Blade update is on the way

If the previous patches for MMO game Conqueror's Blade about the battles of the past were dedicated to the Swedish army of the XVII century, now the developers offer to remember antiquity and fight for the most warlike state of antiquity. The add-on includes character customization, from authentic look to the style from the movie "300" by Zack Snyder, as well as new battles, rewards and a mini-game for dexterity, where you have to dodge the famous Spartan kick. Here's what gamers can do in December.

Pre-orders for the season pass will be available until December 19, and then the update itself will make its way to a full release. There are three units available in it - foot and mounted warriors, as well as Ilots. In ancient times, the Ilots were enslaved farmers who supplied the Spartan army with provisions, while the warriors themselves considered farming to be an unworthy occupation. Sometimes these serfs were taken with them to battle as auxiliary units - those who distinguished themselves could even be granted freedom. The game will offer not only the antique appearance of the characters, but also participation in historical battles, including the defense of Thermopylae by the army of King Leonidas.

As a bonus, you can stretch your fingers in a mobile mini-game until the 31st, where you have to dodge the leg kicks performed by a hoplite, which refers to the movie "300". The longer you last, the bigger the prizes will be. Other rewards will also become available - in particular, for ten victorious sieges you will receive a pixel avatar "Sparta", and for inviting friends you will get a unique equipment scheme.
