Raiders will not pass: what is interesting Stalcraft update?
The authors of the unusual MMO-action game Stalcraft, which mixes S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mechanics and Minecraft graphics, released an update. In it the faction bases got additional protection, the notification panel about kills was slightly redesigned, a mode in session battles appeared, and also changes touched some locations and item properties. As you can see, the update was a big one - let's discuss it in detail.
Details of the October update of Stalcraft
There are now two types of restricted zones around faction bases: yellow and red. Entering the first one, the enemy receives a verbal warning and a small damage every three seconds, and in the second one dies immediately, which is designed as a sniper shot. This is done to stop hooligans raiding peaceful areas where heroes rest, take missions and buy equipment. Also in the Killog, i.e. the panel with the indication of dead characters, the names have become multicolored: members of the player's squad are marked green, allies - gray and blue, and enemies - red.
The "King of the Mountain" mode appeared in session battles on small maps: in it you have to capture and hold a control point for a specified time. For example, on the location "Prison" this period is 10 minutes. In addition, the principle of award distribution for such shootouts has changed. If previously everyone received a combat kit, now the prize is played among the participants of the winning team. Finally, changes have been made to some areas of the terrain, where the developers have redesigned the landscape with detours, and bonuses from artifacts.
