Rustling in the bushes and jar alarms in Rust

Блог
Employees of Facepunch studio continue to add various interesting items to their multiplayer survival simulator. This time the developers got their hands on ordinary tin cans, bug fixes and some improvements - like increasing the length of ziplines and destroying barricades with trains. Not without pleasant little things. For example, prices of NPC-traders now change in real time, not in game time - no more canceling discounts 15 minutes after their start.

Among the available designs is a primitive trap that can be assembled from a metal can, twine and a small amount of explosives. You can leave such "stretching ropes" anywhere on the map, be it your personal base or a random object like a monument. As soon as an uninvited guest touches the rope with his foot, the explosion will let everyone around you know that the perimeter has been breached. The developers suggest using this trick to protect your position during battle. Also, a person who quickly wades through bushes will make himself known, because from now on the speed of movement in such thickets affects the volume of the sound of broken branches.

Among the small but important improvements were physical changes: objects thrown by water began to sink slowly instead of falling quickly, as if in the air, and the train can break the barricade on its way, if he properly accelerated. The ziplines added length - its maximum is now 185 meters instead of 150. This made it possible to attach the cables at higher points and to ensure that after the descent you can disembark at the far end rather than the near end. Even riding bicycles has been corrected: it is enough to press the "Sit Down" button to enter a turn rapidly.
