New activities in New World

While Aeternum is being prepared for release, Amazon Games employees are putting a lot of effort into supporting their main MMORPG New World. In the fall, gamers will be able to get acquainted with the next season, celebrate Halloween, team hunting for a giant turkey, search for artifacts, receive rewards and participate in the winter festival. Among the top prizes is an Azoth Stalker racing wolf in armor. We tell you what is known about the upcoming events so far.

The new PvP zone "Cursed Mists" will be organized in the favorite places of treasure hunters - in the south-west of the Keys of Cutlass. There are two things to do here: collect doubloons and make sure that your loot is not stolen. There is also a raid for ten "Gorgon Hive", available after defeating Medusa. In it you need to pass a series of tests and puzzles to defeat all the bosses. Eight artifacts added to the game will help to achieve the desired results: headdress, breastplate, gloves, sword and chain, and three more items that will appear in the second half of October.

In the Season Pass, gamers will find collectibles including weapon skins, armor, transmogrification tokens, emotes, jewelry and artifacts. Soul Trials, a new story chapter, inter-world arenas, improved balance and other changes await. In addition, timed festivals will return. Pumpkin carving enthusiasts will celebrate Halloween starting October 22nd, and in November the Feathered Avenger hunt will begin - whoever manages to kill the turkey will get various bonuses like the Great Warhammer. Finally, Winterfest will bring a lot of joy to the kids and decor items to their virtual homes. The season will be released together with the release of Aeternum, i.e. on October 15.
