Naraka: Bladepoint is being divided into seasons

The folks at NetEase have released a list of changes that their "battle royal" Naraka: Bladepoint has received with the latest November patch. The update is a significant one. It introduces the first season of the Adventure mode (i.e. the story campaign), with original battle types, improved character skills, and other tweaks. We tell you more about what the developers have improved in the game.

The state of Naraka: Bladepoint by the end of 2023

The first season of the story is called "The Abyss" and marks the transition of the campaign to a system in which the progress and rewards of the heroes will be periodically reset. In other words, you close the next chapter and start the next one from scratch to make it more interesting. In the "Pit Gate" mode, users will face a series of challenges, divided into increasingly difficult floors, with a random set of reinforcements - jades. There are also three new levels in the Shipwreck Sprawl on Morus Island, where the heroes will fight with a very interesting boss.

In addition, there are two new parameters in the game - Potential and Fatigue. The first helps to create your own combat style, and the second increases the reward in the "Adventure". For example, having reached the first level of fatigue, you can count on 150% of rewards for passing the chapter instead of 100. Numerous minor tweaks have been made to the skills of all fighters, the properties of jades and even animations - now, for example, you can interrupt one emotion by turning on another one after it. And the heroine Feria Shen, previously shown to the public in test mode, received a Bronze Mech as an armament. The Abyss pass will remain active until March 7, 2024, which is how long the season itself will last.
