Testing of Neighbors: Suburban Warfare has begun

Many of you are probably familiar with the game "Hello Neighbor", where you have to play the role of a kid exploring the private property of a suspicious citizen who lives across the street. Employees of Invisible Walls studio offer their own view on these pranks - in their online action movie Neighbors: Suburban Warfare all characters are turned into warring neighbors. Inhabitants of a typical American hinterland are forced to defend themselves from uninvited guests: set traps and alarms, scout the area with the help of pigeons, and if necessary, take up weapons like slingshots, hammers or baseball bats.

The game is set in a fictional suburb called Hartsville. The eight players in the game can assign roles to each other, taking control of ready-made characters who live on Harmony Lane. They all have different looks, houses and abilities, but the goal is the same - to protect their homes and invade other people's. For the former, you will need various traps, boards to break windows and build barricades, and even fruits grown in the vegetable garden - they reinforce the strength of the heroes in the moment of danger. For the second, characters acquire various tools, including agricultural equipment.

The battle is fought on points: whoever is the first to accumulate the necessary amount will win. Given the abundance of shelters, bypasses, crafting and construction, there are plenty of tactical opportunities. The developers promise to publish a calendar with their plans and introduce more areas soon, so that gamers will have a choice of locations at the release. The game's release date has not been announced yet, but you can already sign up for testing - just request access in the Steam store.
