The Musketeers and the merging versions of Conqueror's Blade
on September 19, Booming Tech 's online game Conqueror's Blade, about the battles of heroes and their units, will undergo major changes. First, it will cease to exist in two versions, for Western and Eastern users - instead there will be one official site with a single page in Steam. Secondly, the developers will add 17th century soldiers armed with muskets to the matches. Such units will look very unusual against the background of medieval swordsmen and horsemen with spears.
Details of the September update to Conqueror's Blade
Anticipating questions from gamers, the authors of the game told what to expect from the merger of the two versions into one global one. The developers themselves explain this action by the intention to create inter-server wars for the territory, to organize a single platform for all purchases and transactions, to allow fans to create heroes on any of the servers, as well as to standardize the English localization. On the day of release of the unified version the client will have to be installed again - with saving progress and all achievements. On this occasion even the launcher will be updated, so don't miss the moment. The main goal of the changes in Booming Tech is emphasizing freedom of action and progression.
As for the new shooters, they will also be available on the 19th of this month. Armed soldiers are modeled after the armies of the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648), that is, they are contemporary to D'Artagnan and his three friends from the books by Alexandre Dumas, but they serve in the army of Swedish Gustavus Adolphus, not French Louis. The costumes of the characters are based on real historical prototypes, but they can be slightly decorated by adding a helmet in the form of a lion's head and a luxurious plume.
