"Mobile Sniper" - coming soon to War Thunder

Fans of War Thunder, an online action game about battles of military equipment on land, in the air and at sea, will soon be able to add the Boxer MGS armored vehicle to their collection. This is a wheeled tank with a 105-millimeter gun, capable of eliminating any target on the battlefield. But to get the prize you will have to make efforts and complete a chain of missions. These missions will start on October 3 and will last until the 21st of the same month. Let's tell you what we know so far.

To take part in the activity, you must first realize that the tasks will be exclusively ground battles. In them, you need to earn points - 45,000 points for each of the nine stages. You'll need Rank III equipment in arcade, simulation and realism modes, as well as award vehicles of Rank 1 and 2. After the finale of any stage, everyone will receive prizes, from a random trophy and decal on the first and second stages to a Boxer, unique camouflage and modifications on the eighth and ninth stages. The main reward is a non-tradable coupon, and if some missions could not be completed, the Golden Eagles will make up for the shortfall.

The Boxer MGS is a very agile German light tank. The all-wheel drive platform allows it to accelerate up to 100 kilometers per hour and more, so it will be very difficult to track it down during a match. The Cockerill's turret features a 105mm cannon with automatic loader. There are several types of shots for it, including shaped charge, high-explosive and sub-caliber. It will be possible, for example, to shoot at the enemy with "crowbar" DM63, which penetrates almost any armor.
