Riot Games employees told fans of their MOBA League of Legends about the upcoming changes that await the game. On May 1, together with the release of patch 14.9, gamers will have access to a completely redesigned Lee Sin: he will change his appearance, hitbox, movements and even the number of polygons in the model. In the summer there will be an improved "Arena" for 16 participants, where the heroes will fight for trophies. PvE-mode was also announced.

Not much is known about the redesigned Arena, which is scheduled to be unveiled mid-year. According to the developers, this time it will support 16 active connections, offer prismatic-type items that can influence the course of the match, and loot from anvils - an economical, but not the most reliable way to equip your character. As for the PvE event, it will be created in the genre of Bullet Heaven (apparently, it is a variation of Bullet Hell), making the titles of champions permanent, and leveling up - not affecting the overall result of the whole team. Gamers will find out how exciting these battles will be on May 15 - with the release of update 14.10.

Blind Lee Shin will be completely changed for the first time in 13 years of his existence in LoL - from replacing his model with a more detailed one to the appearance and voice acting of the character. The designers are paying attention to even minor nuances, barely visible from the height of the camera flight - for example, the eye on the monk's body, when he takes the form of the Harbinger of the Night, will begin to move and follow the opponent. The artists will also offer a lot of costumes, and animators will give the fighter the plasticity of a real kung-fu master. At the same time, the hitbox will become more accurate, so that the hero's sweeping movements do not make him vulnerable.
