Scared in the dark? Hunt: Showdown update released

Crytek employees announced the release of DLC called Myth of the Moors for multiplayer action game about monster slayers in Louisiana of the late XIX century. Together with this update, users will get access to the legendary hunter from Wales and his arsenal. Of particular interest in the collection of new weapons is a signal pistol, a shot from which can dispel any darkness or fog.

Jacob Aron pursued a black dog from hell in his native Wales. He joined a band of hunters and went out into the moors with his companions, but none of the group ever returned. It was only a year later that the people of the town of Porthmadoc saw the gunman, covered in blood and scars, carrying a huge dog's head on his shoulder. He told them that they had managed to drive the beast out, but that they had to go down to the Underworld to do it. Jacob received orders to kill monsters, but he decided to go across the ocean, where no one knows him. In America, the hunter took the nickname Moss Dog.

Colorful bearded man exterminates evil not with his bare hands. He always carries a shotgun "Womb of Gloom", decorated with a tinder. Also in battles with monsters helps revolver "Hell's finger" - modernized Caldwell Pax, more than once helped the hero in difficult situations. Now the gilded and bone gleaming barrel will serve anyone who unlocks it. Rounding out the equipment set is the Roaring Dawn, a signaling pistol that allows you to see any prey lurking nearby. It can be useful at night and in the fog, but it demasks the hunter for other players on the location.
