In Gloria Victis, the rules of combat are changing again
The authors of medieval MMORPG Gloria Victis shared the details of the update 0.9.9.8.2. If before the studio employees Black Eye Games paid attention to the movement of characters, but now have taken up the balance - changed the TTK (time to kill - time enough to kill the enemy), the number of nation points gained in battles, and conditions in some parts of the map. Some bugs were also fixed.
Patch Details 0.9.9.8.2 for Gloria Victis
According to the developers, they listened to the requests of users and changed the TTK for attacks from the "red" and "green" power panels. As a result, destroying enemies through frequent use of weak blows, which was used by the owners of heroes of some classes, became extremely difficult. Now more emphasis is placed on strong attacks, but the "green" ones are still useful, because they allow you to take your opponent by surprise. It is important to note that these changes affected only short-range combat, and in the case of bows and throwing weapons, everything remains the same. As for the individual types of equipment, the light armor was strengthened and the axes were reinforced.
In the extraction zone you can now earn three times as many nation points, but the penalty for the death of the character was also increased. More national flags appeared in the castles that previously belonged to the guilds - this affected Lublin, Norfolk, Greatfall, Lyktown and other fortresses. Especially for singles and small groups in the center of the map appeared boards with quests - while available to 18 new tasks. Of the minor edits worth noting the winding down of Christmas celebrations, changing the walking speed when stunned, as well as improving visibility through technical means.
