Delta Force is back in business

Many people remember the series of military shooters Delta Force, which were dedicated to the actions of special forces in hot spots and were characterized by hardcore gameplay. Now the famous action movie with the subtitle Hawk Ops is coming back to gamers. The developers have published a cinematic video of the game on YouTube, and at the same time called everyone to pre-register, which opens different bonuses for newcomers. The trailer opens with the downing of a US Black Hawk helicopter in 1993, a reference to the events in Mogadishu when a historic two-day battle took place between US Special Forces and the Somali National Alliance. The events then shift to 2035, when the events of the shooter unfold. In other words, the war is set in the future. Judging by the video, the characters have access to various gadgets, including miniature drones, as well as enhancements like exoskeletons. Unlike previous editions of the series, the focus here is not on missions, but on team battles involving operatives of four classes, armored vehicles and support forces.

You can pre-register on the official website of the project, where you can see the counter of enrolled users. Judging by this data, the number of accounts has passed 800,000. This is important, because the number of applications depends on the number of gifts given to newcomers. Now, for example, at the start everyone will receive a first aid kit, painkillers, body armor and a Delta helmet. And if pre-registrations will be a million, the set of bonuses will be replenished with a machine gun and a box of bullets of different calibers. The game is expected to be released on PC and consoles, but the exact release date is not yet specified.
