An update for Counter-Strike 2 has been released

Although CS2 was actually an update of the original multiplayer shooter, it had plenty of flaws and difficult moments from the start. That's why Valve employees almost immediately started to finalize their work. This time the patch changes some things in the familiar maps, decoration of guns and other items, as well as adds cases with kukri knives, soundtrack tunes and "Arms Race" mode. First, let's talk about the returning "Arms Race". The essence of the mode is to make two kills with each gun and thus get to the final stage of the confrontation. The opponents' progress can be stolen by using a knife or Zeus shocker, for which, by the way, several interesting designs have appeared. Be that as it may, the one who will be the first to perform a close combat elimination in the last stage of the match wins the contest. Also from the solutions added to the game it is worth noting the defeat animations for characters and sets of decorations, including updated coloring of cases. Stickers are now allowed to be attached anywhere on the barrel.

A set of music called Nightmode became available, the smoke from the grenade finally casts a shadow, and in the menu of purchasing equipment added a button "Return all". On top of that, bug work has been done and network code issues have been fixed. However, along with the improvements, the patch added a bug: characters of CIS gamers can't move and stand at the beginning of the match as if they were frozen. To make them move, you just need to change the keyboard layout from Cyrillic to Latin. The problem is already known to the developers - they will fix it soon.
