Building pyramids in the new chapter of Conan Exiles

Open world survival simulator, based on the works of Robert Howard, continues to develop. This time Funcom employees presented the second chapter of the Age of War add-on. In it, users will find an improved "Purge" mode, an increase in rewards for success in battles, a set of battle passes and building blocks that allow you to build different objects up to the pyramids. Access to the new content is already open on test servers, but the official release is scheduled for September 21.

The developers note that the update is free - everything in it, with the exception of some decorations and collections, will be available to gamers for free. The first thing to note is that in the updated "Purges" the attacking side has a logical goal - to break through the defense of opponents, break into the fortress and loot the treasury. The loot for boss raids has also been significantly redesigned. For example, in the dungeon instead of materials for creating weapons you can find the weapon itself, and epic level. In the same way, other rewards have been handled - up to ready-made twine instead of the fibers needed to weave it.

As for the battle pass, it will be available paid cosmetic improvements, as well as a construction set of Stygian stone, which can be used to build pyramids right on your base. Also included in the list of themed items are emotes, pets, clothing and armor items. Although the second chapter has not been officially released yet, some plans for the third chapter are already known - it will focus on PvE castle sieges.
