To become a winner you have to figure out the controls. In the bottom right corner you will see several buttons. The top one represents your capital, those are the resources that can be spent on your warriors. To assemble an army, click on the bottom of the bounding box and place your soldiers. By clicking on a warrior you can see his characteristics.
When your army is ready, click to start a war. After that the fighters will go on the attack, then you only have to watch and analyze your actions to achieve more success in the next war.
