You need to overcome several opponents in each level. The higher the levels, the more rival mobsters you will have. You will have the ability to point the pointer at your opponent, then you can hit him, or push him off the stairs. Another interesting thing is that the rival, whom you have pushed, can also push the next one by inertia.
So you can kill not only one opponent with a single shot, but even two, or in some cases even all of them at once, because they will fall from the stairs one by one. It's an interesting game where you have to calculate the trajectory of the shot and think logically.
