Game description

You were awakened by a sudden call from your best friend, journalist Helen Hunter. She reported that she was in trouble and then her call was cut off and you can't get in touch with her again. You don't know any details about what happened, only that the last story Helen was working on was a snake festival and that she had unearthed some shocking information and was going to publish it. But apparently the information was too important and someone decided to stop her

As soon as possible get ready and go to the aid of your friend. A gloomy, snake-infested city awaits you, with piles of junk scattered in the streets. But do not hurry to pass by them, because if you look closer, you can find in it a very valuable inventory that will be useful to you in solving the tasks.

Search the garage, the roadside inn, the sheriff's office, and you can count on anything from a paper clip to a jack! No inventory will be superfluous. Keep a diary, in which you can write down all the details of the investigation, and in it you can read a list of current tasks or learn valuable information about the people you meet. Whether it's the manager of the local hotel Black, the mayor of the town of Braminus, or Helen Hunter herself

Putting scraps of newspapers and various notes in your diary will allow you to go through all the events in chronological order. But be careful, because the criminals are not just covering their tracks, but also placed traps on your way. Don't get caught in them! You will have to show your wits solving various puzzles, opening locks or even collecting mechanical mice.

If you suddenly find that you can't remember where you are and where you should go next, you can always take a look at the map. It will help you orient yourself on the ground and quickly travel between locations. If you need emergency help - use the hint. And don't let your guard down, because your enemies are relentlessly watching your every move.
