Returning from a long voyage, they were completely unable to recognize their own village! Henceforth, in these parts of the sun ceased to shine and give its warmth, the land ceased to give people crops, and the wolves have become so brazen that they now walk right in the middle of the houses. After what they saw, the brothers immediately decided to ask Heimdall for help. He was able to help them with the last of his powers and transport the brothers to the world of the gods. As it turned out, the gods had also become very weak and had lost their great power, but in an ancient tome they nevertheless managed to find a description of the problem that had occurred. As it turned out, it was all about the Yggdrasil tree, which penetrates all worlds and it suddenly, for unknown reasons, began to die.

Now the brave brothers need to figure out exactly what happened to this magical ash tree and unravel the mystery. During the journey the characters will be joined by an intelligent squirrel named Ratatosk, who can be their guide, as well as help them to get valuable things from the nests and perfectly understand the speech of animals and birds. By the way, the strength of the squirrel, as well as the brothers, you can also improve on the altar.

During this exciting adventure you will have to meet new and some characters you already know: giants, gods, valkyries, Norns, wise eagle, king of light alves, inhabitants of northern village and others. And, most importantly, with a cruel but very pretty witch named Gullweig, who started all these evil deeds, but thought too badly about her plan and did not take into account the fearless Vikings and their helper squirrel.

In this game, as usual, you can choose from three modes: easy, with unlimited time, for fans of unhurried quiet play, medium, with the usual passing time, and complex, where you need to carefully think through every step. In addition, there is a bonus part for players, the events of which take place in the northern country, mini-games "Master of runes" and "Walnut Grove", and the most attentive players can have the opportunity to collect wonderful cute owls, which are sometimes found in the levels.
