Any place where so many people flock, whether it's a prairie town, a fort or a prospector's camp first of all needs housing and workers. Start your advancement by building housing and a building base, recruit and train the necessary number of workers, and start the business.

There are over thirty types of buildings, but to build any of them you will need building materials and money. So it's not unreasonable to build a sawmill and a gold mine, sending the right number of workers to them. Then you'll be provided with the necessary building material and money resources.

Further development of your town can go by any scenario - it all depends on you. However, it should be guided by the needs of the people. So it's not unreasonable to provide your workers with the farm so they won't starve and the hospital so they won't get sick. But do not forget that you are in the Wild West - take care of the safety of your village. For this purpose, you should build a prison and hire a sheriff. The more you upset your village, the more difficult its infrastructure will become and the less time you will have to erect a building in time
