Description

Ojello is the brand name of the much older board game Reversi. In both its original named form and its new brand name, this game has become a very popular online game. In Ojello, players battle to finish the game with more of their pieces on the board than their opponent. The game is over when there are no more pieces left on the board or when there are no more possible moves allowed for either player. Both players take turns making their moves, which consist of a move of one piece to an empty cell of the game board and the subsequent overturning of any of the opponent's pieces, if possible. An admissible move is a move consisting, for example, of a black piece placed on the board which forms a straight line (vertical, horizontal or diagonal) consisting of a black piece at both ends and only white pieces between them. When the player achieves this, he must complete the turn by turning any white pieces between the two black pieces so that their line becomes completely black. This turn action must be performed for each allowed turn line created with the placement of a new piece.
