The Elder Scrolls Online update with a giant closet

MMORPG in the universe of "The Elder Scrolls" has received the forty-sixth update, where gamers are waiting for adventures in the Western Solstice zone, Hero's Return function for those who were distracted from the game for a long time, storage expansion, edits to the progress of crafting orders and other interesting solutions. Almost all of the announced improvements of The Elder Scrolls Online are free of charge, which can be seen by PC users right now, while console players will traditionally get the update later - on June 18.

What's changing in The Elder Scrolls Online in June 2025?

The virtual world is supplemented with new territories and story chapters, but that's not the main thing. The game received several important changes that improve the user experience. And the first one is the return (the feature was named so - Hero's Return). Let's say you've abandoned TESO for a long time for some reason and want to resume the adventure, but you're afraid that you've lost the necessary skills. No problem: you can just go on a quest for 10-15 minutes, where you will be reminded of the basics of gameplay, and on top of that you will be given rewards for entering. Those who have ESO Plus will also get a storage expansion in the mansion. This is, roughly speaking, a closet where you can drop up to 500 stacks of items to unload your inventory.

The inventory is also related to the problem of fulfilling crafting orders, because you can take them in a strictly limited amount. The thing is that the craftsman can not stack his items, like, for example, consumables. The developers have been trying to cope with this problem for ten years - today as a solution they offer a separate item that holds stacks of completed master orders. Now you can collect as many orders as you want and not fill your hero's pockets to the brim. The patch also includes improvements to the map, interface, and changes to the champion tree.
