New season has begun in Warface
Spring has arrived, and the developers of the popular online shooter Warface have responded by releasing a major update called «Steel Quarters». It features modified maps, an expanded arsenal, an additional «Armory» slot, the «Fire Workshop» event, and Agent Owl, whose full presentation will take place a bit later. The season will remain active until June 3rd, and for now, let's discuss what makes it special and what prizes match participants can earn.
More about «Steel Quarters» in Warface

Those who complete battle pass missions will be rewarded with «Metal» and «Stitch» series camouflage patterns, as well as weapons including the McMillan CS5, Kel-Tec KSG, and HArms CQR. Not to mention souvenirs like a bottle opener keychain and stickers. The «Fire Workshop» event invites players to return to the «Stronghold» mode, where two teams of six players battle on one of three maps for control of key points. Additionally, successful gamers will receive event currency that can be exchanged for weapons from the «Molten» collection.
Agent Owl belongs to the sniper class — he was a special forces sergeant in the army, and now with his Browning Safari rifle, he helps the team of heroes complete missions. However, access to the operative wasn't granted immediately after the update's release, so players will have to wait a bit. As for the locations, «Outskirts» and «Palace» have been reworked. In the first case, the focus was on performance optimization, while the second map underwent rebalancing. Other changes include revised rules for earning experience and weapon mastery points in special operations, as well as increased rewards for PvE missions and revised prizes for completing tutorial quests.
