To deal with this issue, you need to make sure that your hero's equipment has reached level 1660, and the quests «Where Ash Settles», «Defense Is Better Than Offense», and «Bound by One Chain» have already been completed. After completing the storyline related to the military discord, all heroes will receive the legendary chest «Moment of Truth». It contains enough resources to prepare for the final challenge.
