Warframe release date and demo: 1999

Recently, Digital Extremes employees held a broadcast dedicated to the preparation for the launch of the biggest update of their online action game Warframe in its history. Apparently, we won't have long to wait - the release is scheduled for December. That, in general, is logical, because the action of the game unfolds on New Year's Eve on an alternative Earth in 1999. And while the fans are anticipating the long-awaited adventure, let's tell you what we know about this update at the moment.

Preparing their project for launch, the developers have already posted guides to six missions - from "Thief's Prize" to the quest to get Archwing. Those who want to practice before the release can download the free demo version and fight with enemies in it. Here you'll find atomicycle rides between locations, and battles with Skaldra on the streets of Hölvania. Digital Extremes promises a weekly change of seasons: the terrain will be transformed to correspond to spring, summer, fall and winter, and along with the views on the screen will undergo changes and gameplay. Users will take on the role of Arthur Nightingale, who, along with other members of the Hex Squad, uses prototype warframes in 1999.

Five bosses that gamers face in the main game, here still perform as part of the boy band On-lyne, invented especially for the addon. It is also promised to develop the mechanics of "Twins" with the transformation from a protoframe to a full-fledged warframe - in addition to the alternative skin Arthur is already ready similar shells for Amir and Latty. Among the interesting additions to the release of the supplement is a digital comic book - it will be given to read in mid-November, and an anime movie from The Line studio, which will premiere before the end of this year.
