"Left Dead: Last Convoy" Game

Join medic Tess on a big mission: keep Omar and the whole convoy safe through 23 stages spread over five campaign routes. Your journey takes you across city streets, a carnival, spooky bayou trails, a wild storm, and one last bridge. Take aim with your rifle, reload when danger pauses, push infected enemies back, and spend your medical supplies with care. Save survivors and grab fuel along the way — checkpoints keep your progress safe. Colorful hand-drawn scenes, many kinds of infected, and a tense original soundtrack bring this 2D survival action game to life on desktop and mobile.
