"Cellar" Game

You are a little mouse in charge of a cheese cellar! Big wheels of cheese get older in real time. Sell them early, or be patient — waiting can make them worth five times more! Nothing ever goes bad here, so you can leave whenever you want and everything will be safe. Hire mouse helpers, swap cheeses for the notes left at the grating, and dig out new rooms. Some cheeses need an afternoon, some need a whole night, and some take three days! Try to win shiny rosettes at the County Show, and enjoy old 1910s gramophone music while your cheese slowly ripens. The whole game looks like it was drawn with pen and ink, just like a magazine from the 1920s.
