Where Winds Meet is now available in Russian

Everstone Studio has released a major update for its open-world Wuxia MMO action game. The patch is titled «Snowfall in Liangzhou». In it, gamers will be able to play through the second chapter of the «Heshi» storyline, battle new enemies, and explore previously unseen lands, including the city mentioned in the update's title. But the main change for Where Winds Meet users from Russia and CIS countries was, of course, the addition of Russian language support. Although the gaming community believes the translation was done by neural networks rather than humans—there are just too many errors in it.

Liangzhou, covered in snowdrifts, creates a pleasant contrast to the scorching deserts of the first part of «Heshi». The ancient mountain city's structures hold sinister secrets and examples of high art, which will be uncovered by heroes ready to complete the White Crown's missions to access the new territory. There will, of course, be plenty of battles for everyone: among the bosses, the Maiden of Lunar Contemplation and the Heavenly Stag stand out. Each monster requires a specific tactical approach, and the fights are divided into phases, as in classic action RPGs.

Russian localization finally allows newcomers who don't know English well to join the game. They also gain access to a huge storyline culminating in a quest to solve the mystery of the governor's death, and an invitation to join another faction. Experienced gamers, in turn, will be able to battle bosses, take on a special challenge at level 86, clash in a card game mode at Kaifeng Square, and test out a blade that breaks through enemy defenses and deals significant melee damage.
