War Thunder changes the rules of war

The developers of War Thunder, MMO-action about fighting of different types of military equipment on one map, announced the update of the "North Wind" operation and rewards for its participants. There were also details about the combat pass, which allows you to get a missile boat with the "Grad" system on board. This is not counting the less significant changes, which are also worthy of discussion.

Operation Northwind, which is offered in World War II mode, now seriously balances teams in composition. There are, for example, several groups of SAUs divided by power, as well as a division of fighters by model. The timer for users to enter a battle of any one operation has been removed, but regimental players retain the priority of entry. Also, the mechanics of finding matches has become better: the developers report that from now on in War Thunder there is a maximum allowable level of imbalance, as well as a five-minute time limit for inactivity of the participant in the battles of "World War". In the battle pass "Royal Guards" you can get one premium car for free, and two more rare trophies - after paying 2,000 gold eagles.

At the request of fans, the staff at Gaijin Entertainment has added rewards for commanders for their actions in the off-season. These bonuses accrue in silver lions and have multipliers - depending on whether the team wins or loses. We are talking about 250-500 thousand for an hour and a half or two hours on the battlefield at the cost of creating an operation of 70,000. In addition, it is now possible to add any friends to your squad, regardless of their regimental affiliation or position. As for the other changes, the maximum regeneration points are now reduced to 300, and the damage models of convoy trucks have been changed in favor of a more fragile design.
