Spring is Near: Ice is Melting in ARC Raiders
The authors of the popular extraction shooter from Embark Studio have published plans for the next few months: the game will feature even more hostile robots, as well as a new map, modes, and an upgrade for the rooster Pushkin. Additionally, the premiere of an update called «Headwind» has taken place — in it, gamers can expect solo battles against squads, exploration of bird nests in the Buried City, and character appearance customization sets. We tell you what's changing in the action game ARC Raiders now, and what will appear in it by the end of winter and the beginning of spring.
«Headwind» and Other ARC Raiders Updates in 2026

Users who have reached a high level of mastery can now battle against entire groups of opponents. For this, you need to be level 40. Then the actions are simple: enter the squad lobby as a solo player — and you'll be allowed into the match. The trophies in this case will remain the same, but the accumulation of experience points will be faster. Those who visit the «Buried City» map during these winter days will notice that there is less snow, but many birds have appeared on the rooftops. They are building nests, bringing various items there, including those useful for raiders. Treasure hunters are free to try their luck and climb up in search of additional supplies, but keep in mind that alarmed flocks of birds will quickly reveal your location.
The roadmap published by the developers shows how the project will change in the coming months. February will bring battles with new enemies, an expedition window, and a battle pass. With the beginning of spring, the Pushkin upgrade will open, and in April, a terrain will be presented, details of which have not yet been disclosed. However, it is already known that along with the map, a previously unseen boss will be offered. In addition to all these patches, cosmetic items, quests, and arsenal improvements are promised.
