Pax Dei is about to get a wipe due to the update

The developers of the medieval MMO game from Mainframe Industries have announced an update called Verse 3. This major Pax Dei patch is designed to make changes to the system of crafting, equipment and combat skills of characters. All that would be nothing, but it will not do without a wipe - resetting the progress of all heroes. Residents of the servers will lose not only the contents of the inventory, but also all the buildings belonging to them, and at the same time will disintegrate clans. However, not everything will be lost, and the affected users will receive compensation.

Since the changes to the virtual world will be significant, it will be impossible to do without removing many objects. At the same time, the developers intend to get rid of numerous "ghost villages" built and forgotten by players. But there is good news: after the update there will be more so-called Heartlands on the map - lands where you can establish an estate or a settlement. What will be removed? Firstly, private territories and things placed on them. Secondly, heroes will lose their equipment, but no one will drop gold and grace points. Unfortunately, the items that are in common use of clans will also disappear. As well as the clans themselves, which will have to be reassembled after the wipe.

What will be offered to the public as compensation? The Mainframe team realizes that not everyone will like the loss of many things. But they will be disassembled into resources with materials and returned to the owners in this form. In addition, after the patch is deployed, all users will receive 100 grace points per account. And then everything will have to be rebuilt. It is known that the Verse 3 release is scheduled for June, with the exact date still unknown.
