The First Descendant invites everyone to the living room

Nexon is preparing a major update for its multiplayer action game . On September 4, the game will introduce a personal space for each hero — a living room where you can display collectible items and simply relax between missions. Access to a new version of the Moon and a cute husky that will accompany your character everywhere will also be unlocked. Here’s a detailed look at what fans of the sci-fi looter-shooter can expect.

All heroes will have access to personal apartments, which include a living room, a trophy and collectibles display room, and a bedroom. Here, you can customize the appearance of your companions, set weather and lighting effects to create a pleasant atmosphere inside the rooms. You can access this space from the Albion lobby, and the items you can place on the shelves include those purchased from Edi-T, bargained for in Axiom, Sigma Sector, earned in 400% infiltration operations, or obtained on the Void Ship. The developers have also introduced a new companion — a husky with the ability to heal its owner. Just make sure to obtain special food from the Void Ship.

For the Moon, a story mission and a special appearance called Absolute Moon will be added in September. Among the announced improvements are leaderboard viewing settings, a more convenient inventory filter, simplified group search, and an upgrade to the hoverbike: you’ll be able to push monsters aside if you encounter them while riding across the map. Of the events planned for the next month, special attention should be paid to missions related to collectible item traders (including Edi-T) and two weeks of login rewards. Finally, the developers announced their intention to showcase the project at Tokyo Game Show 2025.
