Super People is coming back to Steam

Many people probably remember "Battle Royale" about people with superhero skills. Less than a year after the game's release, Korean developers added a two to its title to show the seriousness of the updates, and then abruptly closed the project. It happened back in 2023, but now Wonder People Studios is back to its old ideas. Online action movie with a familiar name got a page in the Steam store, and its creators made a number of important statements.

The development director, Hur Minh, addressed an open letter to the public. He said that at some point he had the thought that he needed to try again. The studio staff repeatedly received requests from gamers who would like to return the game to the store and fight on the battlefield with superheroes again. The requests were heard - the game will return to the fans in the first half of 2025, if, of course, believe its director. It's already known that the project is being finalized. This is not a literal re-release of the hit from two years ago, but a new look at an old theme.

The key features with a selection of unique characters will remain the same. The island with a blizzard, which serves as a limiter of the battlefield, will not go anywhere either. But available in the lobby fighters will be less - twelve instead of the previous fourteen. All of them will be able to pump them up, strengthening special techniques and abilities. On the map will also appear some attractions that were not there before. The first closed beta test is scheduled for June this year.
