ARC Raiders release date has been revealed

At the Summer Game Fest exhibition Embark studio employees announced when multiplayer shooter ARC Raiders will be released. At the same time the developers published a trailer - there is no gameplay demonstration in it, but the atmosphere of the upcoming novelty is conveyed. In the game about people trying to survive after a global catastrophe, reigns gloomy atmosphere. At the same time, dynamic and bright battles with monsters are promised - for the realization of battles are responsible for the former authors of Battlefield series from Electronic Arts, who created their own team for more free creativity.

The events of the game are set on Earth in the distant future. Mankind was attacked by mysterious ARC machines, which destroyed all the cities on the planet, but did not get to a few islands of safety, where the resistance is still active. These hidden zones are located underground, where it is difficult for robots to reach, but where it is still convenient for humans to congregate. Regularly, groups of daredevils, called raiders, rise to the surface. They explore the ruins, destroy the mechanical invaders and collect loot, which can then be used in preparation for the next raids.

According to Embark Studios employees, the action movie will be released on October 30, 2025. In addition to this news, the developers released a trailer and a short message, where they talked about the simultaneous release of the game on PC and modern consoles. In addition, there will be support for broadcasting through the NVIDIA GeForce Now cloud platform. According to the developers, the idea of the project was born when reading reviews of another multiplayer shooter of the studio - The Finals. Several beta-tests have already been conducted, so after some minor tweaking the game will be prepared for full release.
