Sky: Children of the Light is celebrating its one-year anniversary

The most peaceful MMORPG celebrates 5 years since its release on mobile platforms. On this occasion, Thatgamecompany employees arranged a real festival in the virtual world, which will last until July 26. The program of the event includes entertainment in a specially decorated village and several locations, mini-games, concert, distribution of gifts and souvenirs. Let's tell you what the developers offer to have fun during this month.

The main events will begin on July 12. To take part in them, you need to meditate near the Friendship Constellation statue or at the portals between levels. Then your character will be transported to the festival version of Aviary Village, where the SkyFest party and the Spirit Parade are held. To discover all the surprises, the developers advise you to visit the village at different times of the day. And at the same time pay attention to three zones - History of Sky Gallery, Art of Sky Gallery and SkyFest Cinema. The last one has a big screen installed in the manner of street cinemas, where you can listen to the concert. Also on the 12th, Jenova Chen, the author of this unusual MMORPG, will be shown here.

Dancing and other mini-games are also planned. Every day, four star-shaped tokens can be found in the village to then be exchanged for souvenirs - such as headbands, T-shirts and capes for the heroes. The festive capes have a special feature: even after the festival is over, they will allow you to be transported to the screen to re-watch all the shows that were shown here. Among the prizes are cakes with candy, balloons, confetti and other items that allow you to have fun.
