Soon the era of the Three Kingdoms will begin in Conqueror's Blade
Developers of the MMO game about battles of armies from different countries and eras from Booming Tech studio intend to release an update called "Three Kingdoms" on July 24. It will be dedicated to the period of Chinese history with the same name — at this time, the Han empire disintegrated into several independent states that warred with each other. This time, the upcoming update of Conqueror's Blade will bring not only types of troops, but also serious improvements to the rules of war — there will be more room for applying different strategies.
How will Conqueror's Blade change with the release of "Three Kingdoms"?

A separate world (server) will be allocated specifically for the new DLC, from which it will then be allowed to transfer both characters and progression results. As for the armies, the upcoming update will contain an unprecedentedly large number of them — over 30. This will include both the Yellow Turban squads, whose rebellion put an end to the Han dynasty's rule, and the unique units of various generals who operated in 3rd century China. Already announced are the "White Horse Volunteers" — light cavalry effective for striking at the enemy's rear, as well as the heavily armed "Camp Crushers" of the fourth level, the "Flying Bear Army" of the fifth, "Vanguard Suicide Squad" and "Xiliang Cavalry". But these are only part of the known units — from them it will be possible to form an army to suit one's playstyle.
Fundamental strategic changes are coming. Firstly, commanders will be forced to supply their troops, rather than simply leading them to storm fortresses. If warriors begin to starve, their morale and combat effectiveness will decrease. The same applies to those holding the defense in a siege. Secondly, morale itself will become an important aspect — whether it's hunger, a difficult march through mountainous terrain, or adverse weather conditions, all of this will affect how units behave in battle. Thus, even a small army will have a chance to defeat superior enemy forces by catching them at a moment of moral decline.
