Dragons will soon appear in Albion Online

Studio Sandbox Interactive has published another "Developer Diary", where it shared some thoughts regarding the launch of "Albion" on XBOX, talked about visual changes in the game and the new Arsenal, and at the same time looked into the future. Among the plans of the authors of the popular MMORPG are adding explorable areas to the map, the appearance of unseen enemies, and the release of an ambitious expansion with dragons in the summer. The "Shining Thickets" update significantly improved the game visually, which has already been noted by over 70% of gamers. On the other hand, there were also people who miss the former cartoonish brightness of some locations — specifically for these users, the Sandbox team states that all graphics changes are not final. The main goal of the improvements is to make each biome visually unique, so there is still work to be done. Another problem of the MMORPG was and remains performance, but it was partly solved, which the public notes in reviews. The community also positively received the Arsenal with the dual Arena. In the first one, 40% of equipment sets have already been created, and the second is preferred by heroes for warming up before more serious PvP battles.

The official release of "Albion" on XBOX has led to 15% of registered accounts now belonging to console players. Gamepad support with button mapping also came in handy — a rare project in this genre can boast such convenience. But a special place in the video from the developers is occupied by plans for the future. If you believe the project director, dragons, as well as new enemies, areas for exploration, and trials, will appear in it by the end of the summer.
