Unusual kung-fu game Sifu hacked the day before release

One of the most unexpected hits of February was Sifu, where a martial arts master takes revenge on the bandits for his father. The critics, who received the press-copy before the usual gamers, already showered the novelty with high marks. But, as it turned out, one of the copies got into the wrong hands - the pirates managed to pick up the key to the game even before it went on sale.
Sifu tells the story of a kung fu master who, as a child, witnessed the death of his father. When he grows up and fists up, the protagonist goes to take revenge on the villains. But it is not so easy to do. First, the opponents know how to stand up for themselves. Secondly, the way to each of the five bosses lies through a series of fights, defeat in which leads to the aging of the hero. After the first knockout he returns to the battlefield in a year, the second fiasco adds a couple of years to his age, and after a series of failures the fighter risks to meet the leader of bandits decrepit old man. So sometimes you have to replay everything all over again. Besides hands and feet in the action, you can use improvised objects and edged weapons, and some scenes quote action classics, from Jackie Chan movies to Korean "Oldboy".

Unfortunately, originality did not save Sifu from being hacked. Moreover, the pirates have worked on a deluxe version of the action movie, which hit the network before the standard edition. The game's release is scheduled for February 8, 2022, and it will be available to owners of PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. But only in the Epic Games Store - the release date on Steam has not yet been announced.
