Who's up for grabs? Chivalry 2 is out

This summer's PC Gaming Show event was marked not only by announcements, but also by the presentation of games that have barely been released. One of the novelties was a multiplayer medieval-style action game Chivalry 2, which was an Epic Games exclusive for about a year. The game is now available on all current platforms. In it, squads of players fight each other with cold weapons like swords and axes, and the battles themselves are brutal - you can, for example, cut off your opponent's head or hand.

In the second part of the action the developers from the Torn Banner studio paid special attention to riding and diversified the mechanics of cavalry combat. There are four classes of heroes and 12 specializations to choose from, with each such character having his own style of combat and a set of starting weapons. The game has massive battles for 64 participants, sieges and assaults of fortresses, as well as reconstructions of famous battles of the past. According to the developers, the novelty has a cross-platform mode, so that PC users can participate in the same battle with the owners of consoles.

On June 12, Chivalry 2 is available on consoles and computers, including Steam store. Here the game is on sale immediately with a 40% discount, which is valid until July 7, and in the Tenosian Invasion edition. It's about an add-on that adds a campaign about the invasion of tribes from Tenosian to the land of knights, two maps with tasks and a couple of locations for team battles.
