Brutal fun: Shadow Warrior 3 trailer and release date

Shadow Warrior series pays tribute to the classics: they are bright and dashing single-player action games. Therefore, the fans of the genre are waiting for the third part. The publisher Devolver Digital has finally decided on the game's release date, and at the same time they posted a trailer full of humor and bloody splatter on YouTube.

In this action thriller, Lo Wang, the former boss of a corporation, battles against a giant dragon capable of destroying the world. The hero has allies as well as a whole zoo of hostile monsters that can be cut down with a sword and shot from cannons. Shadow Warrior 3 adds acrobatics to the traditional combat system - there's even a cat-hook for stunts in the air. Levels are arenas in which you must inventively deal with crowds of enemies, using weapons or objects around them. All this mixed with scintillating jokes is shown in the new trailer.

It is noteworthy that in the third part of the series the voice actor was changed. Instead of Jason Librecht voice of badass samurai was given to Mike Moe - he played Bruce Lee in the Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood". Shadow Warrior 3 will be released on March 1 on computers, current Xbox and PlayStation consoles.
