Unloading wagons and Molotov cocktails in Rust

Блог
The authors of the multiplayer survival simulator Rust continue to develop the theme of railroads, opened in May. This time, the staff at Facepunch Studio released a patch with unloading depots, where you can drive wagons with loot and take everything of value out of them. Some other changes were also introduced, including new weapons.

How Rust changed in August

By appearing in the open world, users can now discover not only trains and rails, but also special wagons of three types: ores like iron or coal, equipment items, and tanks with low-grade fuel. These are all resources useful to the economy, so they must be captured and towed to the unloading station, the new interactive facility. To access the equipment at such a station, you need a fuse and a green key card. Ore and fuel after unloading go to a special storage facility, and the crates with the loot are opened on the spot - just walk up to the freight car and collect what you need.

In addition to the usual locomotive, presented back in May and deprived from now part of the traction force, the developers added a more powerful locomotive, capable of pulling a large train. Two more types of weapons were added to the game. Molotov cocktail is interesting, because it not only damages the enemy, but also damages the constructions made of wood. And the stun grenade, as it should, blinds and stuns the enemies. Blueprints of both items from the update are already available in Rust.
